Restoration Crew Chief

You will be provided with a training and development plan that puts you in the driver’s seat to grow from a Crew Chief to a Project manager in as little as three years. All that is required from you to get started is a positive attitude and the aptitude to learn (through mentorship) how to solve restoration problems using your hands and brain. In exchange, you will be compensated while learning a variety of transferrable skills related to construction, customer service, leadership, technology, and insurance.

Duties

o Job assignments to techs

o Tools and equipment needed

o Appearance: Proper uniform and boots

o Out the door by 8

o Team meeting if needed

· End of Day

o Vehicles emptied of trash at end of day

o Vehicle keys, gas card, and EZ pass maintained and returned at end of day

o Paperwork turned in at end of job

o Water tank in trucks emptied as required

o on call crew preparations

Experience:

• Military Experience (NOT required but preferred)

• Construction(2 years)

• Mitigation (2 years)

• Site Supervisor of rapid job completion
